One of our main goals at CrowdSync Technology is to help create more immersive experiences for attendees of concerts, conferences, festivals, and sporting events.

Beyond our LED technology that powers our wristbands, lanyards, and more, we also leverage the power of RFID Technology to transform events into interactive experiences.

What Is RFID Technology?

RFID stands for radio-frequency identification and is a technology that uses electromagnetic fields to identify and track tags that capture data.

RFID tags are like barcodes in that the data is captured by a device that stores the information in a database.

Benefits Of RFID Technology

From event registration to engagement and data collection to obtaining valuable insights our RFID technology is meant to streamline events from start-to-finish by measuring the goals that you want to achieve with your event.

Let’s take a quick look at some of the high-level benefits of using our RFID technology at your next event.

Event Registration:

Attendees of your event can register through a custom microsite that’s built specifically for your event and receive a QR code that’s associated with one of our products that can be redeemed on-site.

Engagement:

Part of the fun at any event is the chance to win some prizes. Through our RFID technology, you can incentivize your attendees to engage with scan-to-win offers. Through this feature, you’ll be able to collect important demographic data that you can use for future events and marketing efforts.

Data:

By continuously tracking data in real-time you’ll have access to the big picture of your event to help you understand areas of improvement and successes you should double down on.

Insights:

We take data collection a step further and provide you with insights about your vendors such as which locations get the most foot traffic, which vendors are performing at an optimal level and more. You can then take all of this information and adjust your vendor logistics accordingly at future events to provide your attendees with the best experience possible.

CrowdSync RFID Technology In Action

This year, we had a great opportunity to put our RFID Technology to work with Peloton’s Homecoming Weekend.

During this event, over 3,000 attendees were registered at over 18 different activation areas across five venues throughout New York City using our RFID wristbands.

Here’s a quick clip from the event:
