Overview
Bourgoin Productions partnered with CrowdSync to elevate a premium live event using synchronized LED Wristbands. As guests arrived, 1,200 attendees received their wristbands with their will-call tickets, setting up a coordinated lighting moment tied to the show’s finale.
The Experience
After the final curtain call, every wristband illuminated, revealing a surprise VIP invitation to the after-party. The wristbands served as both a visual cue and VIP credential. The unified glow guided guests into a high-energy post show celebration with a live DJ, turning a simple transition into a standout moment.
