What is NFC?

NFC or ‘Near-Field Communication’ is a proximity-based communication tool, similar to RFID tags. However, the benefit of NFC is its native compatibility with both Apple iPhones and Android phones. It is incredibly useful when sharing data as it does not require the download of an additional app.

With the CrowdSync CrowdTag, powered by NFC technology, all one has to do is tap their phone to the chip & they will automatically be brought to whichever website was pre-programmed.

NFC CrowdTags can easily be programmed to share a wide range of Smart Phone native fields such as:

Contact File

Full contact files including the attendee's name, email phone, and website.

SMS

Share a number and a message to pre-populate with the tap of an NFC

Link to a landing page for an exhibitor
Link to Event Website, Schedule, or App
Smart Links such as LinkTree that can contain all of your valuable links

Smart Emails

When opened, custom subject line and configured address’ can be preseted.

Wifi Access

Access a wifi network and password with a tap of an NFC chip.

CrowdTag Enabled Access Control

In addition to the features mentioned above, CrowdTags can also facilitate attendance tracking during events. Attendees can conveniently "Tap in" using their CrowdTag enabled wearables.
