
The event environment featured four-sided projection, transforming the room into a continuously evolving visual landscape — similar to an immersive art experience.
As projected scenery shifted, representing different office locations, wristbands responded in real time. Colors changed to match each location’s identity: orange for Orlando’s orange groves and blue for San Diego’s ocean influence. The wristbands displayed complementary tones aligned with the projection design.
When each color changed, haptic feedback vibrated, creating a synchronized sensory cue. This created a layered experience that was visual, audible, and sensory encompassing.
